Special Thanks and Dedication

I would like to give thanks to God for blessing me with the gift of writing.  I know nothing is possible without his approval.  I would like to thank my mother and father for always believing in me and supporting me throughout my life.  Thank you to my lovely nieces and nephews for their inspiration. A special thanks to my niece Qamarriyyah Fareed for illustrating all the pictures.  Thank you to my sister who has shown me that children are special and we need to have patience with them. I admire you. Thank you to my husband, Mill Shukree. You are my rock, my spirit and my blessing from God. Thank you to all my friends and family. Anyone who I missed, please know that it is not my heart, but my mind. Thank you everyone. I love you!

This book is dedicated to the wonderful children at Cary Elementary School.  Thank you for being my inspiration and I hope that I have been yours. I would like the Cary family to know that we are special and we can accomplish anything in life that we choose. Our fears should never become a means for control, rather a motivation for success.
